CRM Migration Input — CatholicVote Tech Team

As you know, we're migrating our CRM from SugarCRM to HubSpot. To make sure HubSpot serves you well after the cutover, we'd love a few minutes of your time to capture how you actually use Sugar (and/or HubSpot) today and what you need from the system after we complete the migration.

Takes about 10–15 minutes. You can skip optional questions. Screenshots are encouraged but optional.

Section 1 — About you Your name * Your role at CatholicVote * How long have you been using SugarCRM? Do you currently use HubSpot?

Section 2 — Your day-to-day in Sugar What are the top 3–5+ things you do in Sugar each week? Which Sugar reports or dashboards do you rely on? What do you regularly export from Sugar? Any Sugar features or fields that are absolutely critical for your work?

Section 3 — Your HubSpot wishlist Besides "all my Sugar data is in HubSpot," what else do you need HubSpot to do post-migration? One thing about Sugar you really hope is preserved in HubSpot: One thing about Sugar you wish would be different in HubSpot: What's currently preventing you from fully using HubSpot today?

Section 4 — Other tools & screenshots What other tools/systems do you use alongside Sugar or HubSpot? Anything else worth mentioning as we perform the migration?
